Agynes Deyn

above in House of Holland
Spring 2009
British supermodel Agynes Deyn has been overexposed (sad-in my eyes shes wicked). The 20 year old has already graced the covers of Vanity Fair, Vogue magazines and has modelled for Paul Smith, Jean Paul Gualitier, Marc Jacobs, Zac Posen, Anna Sui...the list goes on..and on (you get the idea). At such a young age she has been the face of countless campaigns and products, as her pixie cut bleach blonde hair combined with an atypical fashion sense and carefree spirit, its understandable why avant-garde designers such as Henry Holland are instantly drawn to the british bombshell.
While all may have seemed deynty and running more spectacular than imagined, perhaps Deyn has received too much publicity in too little time. According to the Brits fame may have been too much for the young and wild model as she was voted most annoying celebrity of 2008. Perhaps humbled by this, Deyn has kept a low profile in the new year, so far appearing on the covers of Japan's Numeroin, and the Korean Vogue.
I have no doubts that this is not the last of Agyness Deyn, otherwise she's not as fierce as she looks.
