On a personal note...

Okay, so a while back I was on a hunt for over the knee, thigh high boots. Determined I would find my dream boots for fall.

I called a shoe store which shall remain anonymous and described the boots i envisioned. The man on the opposite end of the line replied,

"Oh. You mean hooker boots? No, we don't carry those kinds of boots." -click.

I hate to say I told you so, but...

These are from the fall 2009 shows back in March. And if you still need convincing, take a stroll through the shoe department, open a magazine- even open the Toronto Star.

A few weeks ago in Toronto I picked myself up a new pair of Ray Bans to add to the collection. A new addition to the suave collection is the Cats 1000 in tortoise (my fav.), black, white and purple and clear combos. I have a feeling they are going to be a hot commodity for S/S '09, so get a jump on this gorgeous shade!


Why are they perfect? Imagine a combination of the wayfarer mixed with the celeb-crazed wide framed Dior shades, plus with the raised curve at beginning of the arms, it gives a vintage esscence and a sexy feline touch.



Trust me, if you can pull them off, you'll love them as much as I do.
