On a personal note...

Okay, so a while back I was on a hunt for over the knee, thigh high boots. Determined I would find my dream boots for fall.

I called a shoe store which shall remain anonymous and described the boots i envisioned. The man on the opposite end of the line replied,

"Oh. You mean hooker boots? No, we don't carry those kinds of boots." -click.

I hate to say I told you so, but...

These are from the fall 2009 shows back in March. And if you still need convincing, take a stroll through the shoe department, open a magazine- even open the Toronto Star.

It's very easy to make thigh-high boots look like hooker boots. That's why you need to either get expensive, luxurious boots or stay off this trend (especially if you live as close to the red-light district as we do) and keep your boots below the knee.

By the way, I didn't even know you had a blog. I'm quite liking it, I must say.
